A first visit takes about 45 minutes. Dr. Tiana goes through the child's habits, oral hygiene routine, nutrition, and any concerns parents bring in. The child usually sits on a parent's lap or chair-side, watches a show on the ceiling-mounted TV, and Dr. Tiana checks how the upper and lower jaws are developing along with the teeth that have come in.
